what kind are you talking about? I think the site has more than enough tag abuse, that's for sure!
well, i don't have a whole lot to say that's specific to that particular thread, so i'll just take this opportunity to rant about the whole feedback thing in general, lol!
basically, i'm not a fan of it, and it makes me tense. i wish folks were reliable and i guess...honest enough to handle issues that may arise between buyer and seller cordially without one having to resort to leaving negative feedback (so harsh!) if all is said and done, and the buyer is still unhappy, then..i don't know...have yet to come up with an alternative to the feedback system.
i do my best to give excellent customer service, because the idea of negative feedback does not sit well with me. the three times when i did get it, it was because the buyer was not pleased with a garment but didn't take the time to let me know. they just assumed (and they told me this) that i wouldn't be willing to exchange/take the item back/alter the item because they were so used to crappy customer service in stores and on other online consumer sites. but we worked it out, and the negative became positive.
my thing is...if you've got a problem, let me know, and 9 times outta 10 i'll work with you to make sure you're happy when it's all said and done. for that remaining 1 time...well, we'll see, lol!
and in no way am i saying all sellers should be this way. everybody's got their own policy. i really don't know what the point of this was. i just wanted to say it. thanks for allowing my slightly off topic comment. :-D
(assuming you don't delete it, ha!)
