It seems like Ullja, who was banned from etsy and the self representing jewelry artists for scamming is trying to come back. She has also gotten in trouble for an unliscened bakery. An email:

I would avoid her, as she has gotten in trouble in the past. The cookies were good, but her heart is bad.

she's started this blog to slander anyone she happens to dislike or argue with
http://handmadeartisanfraud.blogspot.com/
All of the people she hates are vendors who are her competition, foods and lampwork beads. I think thats pretty convenient. I just cant believe someone can be invasive into peoples personal information and get away with it.
thanks for the write-up! more info available on http://ulljas.com
